Thanks for supporting NiX. Dog Treats! Here's how we get treats to your pup.
Where we ship We currently ship within Massachusetts and New York only. We're a new, small business and plan to expand to more states soon — sign up for our email list to be the first to know.
Processing time Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Shipping rates
- Flat $5 shipping on all orders
- FREE shipping on orders $25 and over
Delivery time Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days via USPS, depending on your location within MA or NY.
Wrong or incomplete addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to cover the cost of packages sent to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll always do our best to help.
Lost or damaged packages If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up, email us at hello@nixtreats.com within 7 days and we'll make it right.
